Brief history of the company
L’Égoïste by Claude Guilmain was presented at Factory Theatre in 1997, then in Hull, Québec at Le Théâtre de l’Ile. The play was published in 1999 by Prise de parole and the author was a Trillium award finalist in 2000.
Les Cascadeurs de l’Amour, a poetic narrative by acclaimed franco-ontarian poet Patrice Desbiens, adapted for the stage and directed by Louise Naubert, was presented at The Ford Centre for The Performing Arts in North York in Octobre l998. This production opened Les Quinze jours de la dramaturgie des régions an biennale theatre festival for francophone companies at The National Arts Centre in Ottawa in June 1999. Acclaimed in Douai, France at Le Festival international des langues françaises, Les Météores, in March of 2000 then on tour at Le Théâtre du Nouvel Ontario in Sudbury and at La Nouvelle Scène in Ottawa, the show was awarded « Masque de la production franco-canadienne » (a national theatre award)in 2000.
La Passagère by Claude Guilmain presented at the Toronto Centre for the Arts in March 2001 and at Le Festival du Théâtre des Régions at the National Arts Centre in Ottawa in June 2001. The show toured 15 cities in Québec in January and Febuary 2003. The play was published by Prise de parole.
Parasites au Bloc by Lina Blais and Louise Naubert had a critically successful run at the Toronto Centre for the Arts in October of 2003.

[...] Claude Naubert was finalist for the Trille Or Award for best original music and soundscape for Requiem pour un trompettiste in 2007. The play was published by Les Éditions L’Interligne. A new version of the production toured in Montreal at Espace Libre in January 2012.
Comment on dit ça “t’es mort” en anglais?, a poetic narrative by Claude Guilmain adapted for the stage and directed by Louise Naubert, was presented as Terrain vague in a single workshop performance at Harbourfront Centre’s Studio Theatre in November 2007 and presented in full production at the Michael Young Theatre in March 2009, then in Ottawa at the National Arts Centre’s festival Zones Théâtrales in Septembre 2009, and was showcased in Québec city at la Bourse RIDEAU in February 2010. The poetic narrative was published by Les Éditions L’Interligne.
L’Implorante was presented at Theatre Glendon in June 2011. An excerpt of L’Implorante directed by Claude Guilmain and Louise Naubert was presented at the Richard Bradshaw Amphitheatre of the COC on May 31st 2011 (Free Concert Series) then at the festival Zones Théâtrales in Ottawa in Septembre 2011 and more recently at La Nouvelle Scène in Ottawa, in October 2012.
Musical shows : Soirée Prévert (fall 2000) and Tour de Chant, Tour de Terre (fall 2001), Soirée Prévert at the National Arts Centre in June 2001, and at the National Library for the Biennale de la langue française in July 2001. Tour de Chant, Tour de Terre presented in Ottawa for Le Salon du Livre de l’Outaouais in March 2002 and recorded by Radio-Canada for broadcast. In Toronto in May 2002 as a fundraiser at the Glenn Gould Studio in coproduction with Radio-Canada, L’Alliance française de Toronto, Le Bureau du Québec à Toronto and Le Consulat général de France à Toronto. Soirée Vianand Soirée Vinylewere presented as fundraisers at the Drake Hotel.
